Assessing the production status and applying cleaner production solutions to Halong-Danang CANFOCO Co., Ltd

Abstract

This research focuses on assessing the status of production process, analyzing and selecting the application of cleaner production solutions to Halong-Danang Canfoco Co., Ltd to find out the opportunities for saving energy, materials as well as minimizing risk of environmental pollution from seafood producing process. The research also proposes technical measures to deal with the company\'s current environmental issues. The results show that the company has many opportunities to apply cleaner production solutions. Most of the suggested solutions are highly feasible and promise to bring many economic and environmental benefits if applied into production process.
On the basis of assessing the effectiveness of applying cleaner production solutions to Halong-Danang Canfoco Co., Ltd, the research suggests adopting these selected solutions to other enterprises that have similar producing process.
