Abstract
– LoRa (Long Range) is a new wireless standard in recent years, specially designed for Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN). It provides low bandwidth and focuses on long range and energy efficiency. These features of LoRa help it have high potential for a large number of Internet of Things (IoT) applications, especially for Long-Range IoT applications. Various research papers have already reported on simulation and performance analysis of LoRa wireless network, while performance analysis for specific applications has not yet received enough attention. In this paper, we establish LoRa parameters that operate with diffirent distances in the IoT model based LoRa wireless network, thereby evaluate the real operation of LoRa wireless network for long-range IoT applications.
