USING NEW METHOD TO CALCULATE HEAT TRANSFER IN TUBES WITH WINGS.

Abstract

The process of heat transfer through the tube is a complex process of heat transfer. In fact, to calculate the heat transfer through the tube, there are many different traditional calculation methods, especially calculation of heat transfer through tubes with wings. Most of the calculation methods are very complex and time-consuming. In this paper, the author has developed a new calculation method for calculating heat transfer through the tube with wings, which is applied to the calculation of cylindrical tubes with wings with different profiles such as horizontal winged cylindrical tubes /casings. On this basis, the method can be applied to calculate heat transfer through vertical winged cylindrical casings,especially helix-winged cylindrical casings. For each different type of wings, the author will calculate the equivalent radius, the perimeter and the area of the cross section of the tube.
