Situation and management measures of Internal Inspection at secondary schools in Ngu Hanh Son district, Danang City

Abstract

Inspecting is a basic function of management. Inspecting provides feedback to help measure and evaluate the organizational task implementation, identify the situation to evaluate and adjust management. Specific educational activities of secondary schools require managers to pay much attention to the Internal Inspection. However, at present this task reveals a lot of limitations. The paper presents research results of basic theoretical issues of Internal Inspection and the results of surveys on current situation of Internal Inspection organization and implementation at secondary schools in Ngu Hanh Son district, Danang City.Based on this, the paper proposes the measures for effective management of this task in order to make contribution to ensuring the school education quality in the context of implementing the policy on basic and comprehensive innovation of the education and training in our country.
