COST MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING IN TEXTILE INDUSTRY: A CASE STUDY OF TEXTILE FIRMS IN DANANG CITY

Abstract

With full awareness of the roles, nature and contents of management accounting, cost management accounting and its application to practical work is especially an essential issue for managers to manage and conduct their enterprises’ operation effectively in the market economy. This article deals with a research on the real cost management accounting of some Textile firms in Danang City, with a focus on the State Textile Companies which have been equitized before. This can be listed here as the March 29 Textile Garment Joint Stock Company and Hoatho Textile Garment Joint Stock Corporation. Some orientations and solutions to the construction of a model for cost management accounting and expansion of this model to manipulate to other Textile firms in Danang City are also suggested in this article.
