Abstract

According to the current guidelines of the State of Vietnam, the promotion of textile industry is fast becoming a key economic sector in Vietnam\'s economy and considered to be one of the most important tasks. In achieving the goal above, the research focusing on the capital structure of the companies in the field of textile in the Central region is a pressing issue as well as an object of top concern. This article used the descriptive statistical method and quantitative analysis combined with quantitative practical situation to observe the capital structure of textile industry in Central Vietnam in the last 5 years. Through the actual conditions of the capital structure of the textile enterprises in the Central Vietnam, the Government will propose directions and appropriate measures to promote rapidly the development of textile industry. Garment industry will also become a central key economic sector with sustainable development. And the textile enterprises in the Central Vietnam will also take measures to create their capital structures in such a way that they are most appropriate in the current period.
