Abstract
Research on the impact of online reviews on TripAdvisor on online bookings of hotels (from 3 to 5 stars) in Hue city is based on an analysis of visitors’ online reviews on this online review website. The results show that the number of five star ratings and star ranking of the hotels are two factors that affect the online booking of hotels. From that point of view, to improve the online booking of hotels, hotels should improve customer ratings on TripAdvisor through the management of guest reviews closely such as regularly monitoring and responding to guest reviews. Besides, hotels should improve the quality of service to enhance their star ranking..
