Quality control at Unversity of Foreign Language Studies, University of Danang: Real situations and solutions

Abstract

Quality control is not only applied in manufacturing and trading businesses but also is a powerful tool in administrative units. Especially, nowadays,the competitions of consumers\' goods and technologies inevitably lead to that of human resources; as a result, educational reforms are needed to meet the social needs for human resources. Competition in education in terms of human resources refers to the races in educational quality and effectiveness at tertiary level. Therefore, in the international economic integration, the application of quality control model into the improvement of quality management ability of the University of Foreign Language Studies is an urgent matter in achieving the goal of providing high quality human resource for the society.
