A Study of the influence of the medium on the growth, development and biologycal efficiency of Agrocybe aegerita in Da Nang City

Abstract

Agrocybe aegerita is a kind of mushroom with sweet flavor, good taste and especially attractive. fragrance This mushroom strain is considered as a product of high nutritional value and medicinal properties which are very good for health. It is rich in all kinds of essentials amino acid, especially lysine. In this investigation, we have selected the medium MT1.2 (PDA+ 10% coconut water) which develops better fiber system with less microbial infection. During the process of multiplication level I, the medium MT2.2 (PDA+ 10% coconut water) has brought about good results with the best fiber system development. The medium MT3.1 (boiled rice+1% CaCO3) and MT3.2 (boiled corn + 1% CaCO3) is suitable for the multiplication process level II.The medium MT4.2 (30% paddy straw + 52,2 % sawdust + 8% corn bran + 8% rice bran+ 0.8% MgSO4 + 1% CaCO3) is used to grow this kind mushroom with less microbial infection and biological efficiency of 35%.
