Regular Assessment of primary school students from capability-oriented approach

Abstract

Education in our country is moving toward a radical and comprehensive innovation in the spirit of Resolution No.29-NQ /TW of the Party Central Committee (XI). The process of education should change from primarily equipping students with knowledge to developing their full capacity and quality. Learning must go hand in hand with practice; theory with reality; school education must be combined with family education and social education. The student is the object of education, the subject of the educational process, and is also the product of education. The assessment of primary school students from the capacity-oriented approach is the necessity of giving students an all-sided development to prepare them for the capacity to deal with situations of life and career later. The article mentions the issues of theoretical basis, reality and measures to regularly assess primary school students from the capability-oriented -approach..
