Abstract
Abstract - Public investment is an important resource of the state to promote economic growth. This investment is declining while private investment is huge but not yet mobilized into the economy. Effective use of public investment to promote economic growth through stimulating private investment is a topic of great concern. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of public investment on private investment in Quang Nam. The study combines descriptive statistics with regression to analyze data from the statistical yearbook and investment data of Quang Nam Statistical Office and Department of Planning and Investment. The results have shown that Public investment stimulates private investment in Quang Nam,and interest rates have a strong negative impact here.
