Abstract

The aims of the research are to take an overview of the transportation system in Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province.This study introduces the purpose of sustainable development of urban transportation of Biên Hoa city with Green transportation and propensity to use the environmentally friendly buses in the world. In recent years, in developing countries, CNG buses have been used widely. This paper analyses the advantages of CNG bus with those of other buses. Based on the result of survey, this study proposes using the CNG bus system in the public transportation system of Bien Hoa city in accordance with the sustainable development model of transportation in the future.
