Reasearch and design remote mornitoring – control systems for lower voltage distribution grid

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, the power company is gradually applying many achievements of electronic, information, computer, control technologies etc. to power grid modernization. Power distribution grids have a great impact on the customer\'s power quality and business performance, so distribution substations, intermediate low voltage cabinets need to be automated and remotely monitored. This article is the result of the research and fabrication of low voltage distribution cabinets which can remotely control the switching, monitor of grid parameters, manage power to ensure that the power system has safe, economical, reliable operation, and provide customers with power of high reliability and quality.
