Structure of state power in G.W.F. Hegel's philosophy of law

Abstract

The issue of state power occupies an important position in Hegel\'s philosophy of law. For Hegel, the State of constitutional monarchy is a significant achievements of contemporary society and is an ideal state model. In a constitutional monarchy State, there is an assignment and agreement among the powers of the State, including the power of the monarch (individuality), the executive power (characteristics) and the legislative power (popularity). Although in Hegel ‘s law philosophy, there is no absolute separation among state powers, it still reflects the idea of a modern state ruled by law. Within the scope of this article, the author will focus on the basic content of Hegel\'s conception of state power, which indicates the practical value for building a state of law in Vietnam.
