Abstract

Nowadays, promoting social media plays an important role in the marketing of a company. In particular, for the hotel industry, online media gives customers a sense of truth and liveliness for the products and services of the business, because its products are experiencing service invisibility. The main purpose of this study is to examine the literature of social media marketing by Facebook online community; analysing the operational status of the Facebook Page in Victoria Hoian Beach Resort & Spa; the research gives some proposed measures to promote social media by Facebook online community for Victoria Hoian Beach Resort & Spa.
