Abstract
Innovation is an important activity for the development of enterprises in general and tourism sector in particular. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) method and linear regression model have been employed to analyze factors affecting innovation in tourism enterprises in Danang city. Empirical results show that all of 7 factors in the proposed model affect the innovation of enterprises. In particular, factors including: Technology Platform; Support from Senior Managemer; Organizational Learning Capacity; Human Capital and Innovation Culture strongly influence innovation activities in tourism companies. The study also suggests implications for building and increasing the innovation, thereby contributing to improve firm performance.
