Abstract
In the trend of clean transportation development, the conversion of gasoline motorbikes to electric vehicles is becoming more and more popular, helping to reduce environmental pollution and save energy. In particular, the conversion of popular vehicles such as Wave Alpha 110 into electric vehicles is in line with the green transportation orientation in Vietnam. Lithium batteries play a core role thanks to their advantages: light, high performance, and durability. The battery block uses Lithium SS29E INR 18650 battery with 48 V voltage, 23 Ah capacity, 3.5 hour charging time, and integrates a cooling fan to reduce temperature difference by up to 7% compared to insulation panels. Economically, the gasoline-powered Wave 110 costs four times the total initial cost of the battery block and charging costs throughout the battery life when traveling the same distance of 60,000 km, affirming the economic efficiency of the converted electric vehicle.
