Abstract
In the plastic industry, the plastic injection molding process is becoming more and more popular and developed. The plastic injection molding process can produce parts from simple to complex. To ensure the quality of the product after the plastic injection molding process, we need to optimize the necessary parameters. In particular, the screw of the plastic injection molding machine will directly affect the quality of the plastic flow and lead to the quality of the injection molded product. This study will evaluate the influence of some factors of the screw and its impact on the quality of the flow and the quality of the product, from which the screw of the injection molding machine can be designed and the quality of the product can be further optimized.
