Bài báo tập trung đề xuất một mô hình cộng tác đa bên giữa nhà trường, doanh nghiệp và sinh viên/giảng viên trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số. Dựa trên việc phân tích và đánh giá các mô hình hợp tác giữa nhà trường và doanh nghiệp trên thế giới, tác giả đề xuất một mô hình cộng tác tích hợp trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số ở Việt Nam. Mô hình đề xuất bao gồm ba chủ thể chính: Nhà trường, Doanh nghiệp, và Sinh viên/Giảng viên, được thiết kế để vận hành theo những nguyên tắc kết nối linh hoạt, thích ứng trong môi trường số. Bài báo kết luận với các khuyến nghị về chính sách hỗ trợ cộng tác đa bên, phát triển năng lực số cho giảng viên và sinh viên, cũng như đầu tư hạ tầng công nghệ giáo dục nhằm hiện thực hóa mô hình trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số toàn diện.
