Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và hội nhập quốc tế ngày càng sâu rộng, việc thúc đẩy sức mạnh mềm đã trở thành một định hướng quan trọng trong đường lối đối ngoại của Việt Nam. Theo đó, việc phát huy sức mạnh mềm thông qua sự tham gia vào các diễn đàn đa phương quốc tế và khu vực ngày càng được Việt Nam chú trọng, từng bước khẳng định vai trò và để lại dấu ấn tích cực về một quốc gia năng động, một đối tác tin cậy, thành viên tích cực và có trách nhiệm đối với công việc chung của cộng đồng thế giới. Trên cơ sở phân tích sự tham gia của Việt Nam vào các diễn đàn quốc tế và khu vực trong giai đoạn 2011-2025 để làm rõ nhận định trên, bài viết dự báo triển vọng và đưa ra một số khuyến nghị chính sách nhằm thúc đẩy sức mạnh mềm thông qua sự tham gia vào các diễn đàn đa phương của Việt Nam đến năm 2030.
