Abstract
Restructuring economic sector is a subject of much interest by many researchers and policy makers. Economic sectors reflect the allocation of economic resources, decisions and production capacity of the economy. The article focuses on theoretical overview of the restructuring of economic activities, and evaluation of the structural shift of the economy based on the trend of change of Quang Nam economic structure.The article also draws out the policy implications to promote the process of restructuring the economic branches in Quang Nam province. This study uses statistics of the Statistical Office of Quang Nam and the statistics,analysis and description methods to achieve the set objectives.
