Nghiên cứu này nhằm khám phá ảnh hưởng của biến thái độ đối với tiêu dùng thực phẩm hữu cơ (TPHC) và thái độ đối với hành vi mua hàng trực tuyến đến ý định, hành vi mua TPHC trên nền tảng trực tuyến của người tiêu dùng trên địa bàn thành phố Đà Nẵng. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng kết hợp cả phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính và định lượng. Nghiên cứu định tính nhằm mục đích xây dựng mô hình nghiên cứu, điều chỉnh, bổ sung thang đo làm cơ sở xây dựng bảng khảo sát cho nghiên cứu định lượng. Phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng được tiến hành thông qua phân tích mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (PLS-SEM), với số liệu được lấy từ 450 người tiêu dùng đã từng mua TPHC trực tuyến. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, hành vi mua TPHC trực tuyến phụ thuộc vào cả hai biến thái độ. Nghiên cứu đồng thời cũng đề xuất một số gợi ý cho doanh nghiệp sản xuất và các nhà hoạch định chính sách trong việc thúc đẩy phát triển kênh phân phối sản phẩm TPHC trực tuyến.
