This systematic review analyzes 12 studies on behavioral intervention programs for parents of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), categorized into three approaches: Behavioral Parent Training (BPT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Mindfulness-Based Parent Training (MBPT). BPT programs demonstrate equivalent efficacy in both in-person and online formats. PCIT reduces ADHD symptoms by 20-30% compared to control groups. MBPT shows superior outcomes in reducing parental stress and enhancing emotional self-regulation. Based on a comparative analysis of these programs' effectiveness and limitations, this research proposes a six-week intervention combining online delivery with direct support, adapted to Vietnamese cultural context. The model incorporates behavioral techniques, parent-child interaction, and mindfulness practices tailored for Vietnamese families.
