Nghiên cứu phân tích vai trò gia đình đối với dự định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số của Gen Z tại các nước đang phát triển. Với dữ liệu nghiên cứu từ 377 sinh viên Gen Z, kết quả khảo sát cho thấy bối cảnh gia đình tác động đến sự kiểm soát hành vi cảm nhận (β = 0,294), trong khi sự hỗ trợ từ gia đình ảnh hưởng tích cực đến thái độ khởi nghiệp (β = 0,360), quy chuẩn chủ quan (β = 0,373). Mô hình giải thích được 41,7% phương sai trong dự định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số, với sự hỗ trợ và bối cảnh gia đình đóng vai trò là các yếu tố tác động đầu tiên. Mối quan hệ giữa quy chuẩn chủ quan và dự định khởi nghiệp không có ý nghĩa thống kê. Nghiên cứu góp phần lấp đầy khoảng trống về vai trò gia đình trong khởi nghiệp công nghệ số tại các nước đang phát triển và mở rộng TPB bằng cách tích hợp các biến liên quan đến gia đình như các yếu tố tiền đề chính của dự định khởi nghiệp công nghệ số của Gen Z.
