Bài báo khảo sát các chỉ tố diễn ngôn (CTDN) trong phỏng vấn đường phố bằng tiếng Pháp nhằm xác định các chỉ tố nổi bật, phân tích sự phân bố theo vị trí và làm rõ chức năng diễn ngôn của chúng trong giao tiếp tự phát. Kết quả cho thấy, bốn CTDN xuất hiện với tần suất cao là voilà, oui/ouais, donc và alors, với sự khác biệt về phân bố. Về chức năng, các CTDN thể hiện tính đa chức năng và phụ thuộc vào vị trí. Chúng tham gia vào các chức năng như tổ chức cấu trúc diễn ngôn, liên kết phát ngôn, định hướng thông tin, điều phối tương tác và quản lý lượt lời, cũng như biểu đạt thái độ và lập trường của người nói. Những kết quả này góp phần làm rõ vai trò của các CTDN trong giao tiếp, đồng thời bổ sung thêm cơ sở cho các nghiên cứu về diễn ngôn tiếng Pháp.
