Abstract
After more than 30 years of establishing diplomatic relations, the relationship between Vietnam and South Korea has made significant progress in all areas, becoming a comprehensive strategic partnership. In order to strengthen the friendly relations between the two countries, Vietnam and South Korea have continuously enhanced cooperation and promoted people-to-people exchanges, with particular emphasis on education and training cooperation. This study focuses on clarifying the practical implementation of education and training cooperation between the two countries during the period from 2009 to 2024, assessing the impact of these activities on promoting people-to-people diplomacy between the two nations, and forecasting the prospects of education and training cooperation between the two countries until 2030.
