Năng lực thích ứng nghề nghiệp đang trở thành một điều cần thiết đối với sinh viên trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa. Nghiên cứu này sử dụng thang đo Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) để tiến hành khảo sát định lượng 181 sinh viên năm ba khoa Quốc tế học, Trường Đại học Ngoại ngữ - Đại học Đà Nẵng. Mặc dù mô hình ban đầu dự tính có 6 nhân tố tác động, tuy nhiên sau kiểm định, kết quả cho thấy chỉ có 2 nhân tố có ảnh hưởng được sắp xếp từ cao đến thấp: (1) mức độ sử dụng AI, và (2) hỗ trợ và trải nghiệm nghề nghiệp. Nghiên cứu đã làm rõ mức độ và cơ chế tác động của các yếu tố, qua đó làm cơ sở đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao năng lực thích ứng nghề nghiệp trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số.
