Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mục đích xem xét việc sử dụng công nghệ du lịch thông minh (STTs) bị ảnh hưởng bởi các thuộc tính của nó như thế nào cũng như sự tác động đến ý định hành vi của du khách. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 395 du khách đi du lịch tại điểm đến Đà Nẵng trong vòng 3 tháng và mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính đã được sử dụng để kiểm định mô hình nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy các thuộc tính của STTs có tác động đến sự hài lòng của du khách thông qua việc sử dụng STTs, do đó ảnh hưởng đến ý định quay trở lại điểm đến và truyền miệng điện tử (eWOM) của họ đối với các công nghệ này. Ngoài ra, các hàm ý quản trị nhằm thúc đẩy ý định hành vi của khách du lịch thông qua STTs được đề xuất từ kết quả nghiên cứu.
